The 2026 Men’s Olympic hockey schedule is now released. The tournament takes place at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina starting on February 11th, 2026. Team Finland and Team Slovakia kick off the action. Then, Team Italy (the hosts) will play Team Sweden. This is the first Olympic Hockey tournament to include NHL players since 20214. 2026 NHL Playoff Schedule
Once the 2026 Milan Olympics are over, we get to go back to the NHL for about 6-8 weeks of regular season play. Then, we can look forward to the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs kicking off in mid-late April as we’ve all become accustomed to. 2026 definitely looks to be a fun year for hockey.
